Auction Guidelines

See the list of auction items!

- Bids will open at 6:00 PM and close at 9:30 PM.

- All items in the silent auction have bid sheets. These bid sheets will be on each table.

- Persons desiring to bid will do so by printing their name and amount on the top-most line. Please make sure that your name and amount are written legibly. If unreadable, the second highest bidder will win the item.

- You may bid on as many items and/or as many times as desired during the evening. Once bids are closed, no additional bids will be accepted. The highest bidder(s) will be the winner.

- Out of respect for the generosity of our donors, and in consideration of the real value of the items, opening minimum bids and bidding increments will be posted on each sheet.

- All transactions will be final and there will be no exchanges or refunds. Please pay attention to expiration dates and other restrictions.

- Payment can be made by cash, check, VISA or MasterCard. You must take your purchase home that evening (unless otherwise noted or other arrangements are made).

- Silent Auction items are donated. Restrictions on use and/or redemption are at donor's discretion. Any warranty information or authenticity certificates can be claimed along with the item after payment is received.
